Any changes requested after confirmation may affect cost, timeline, and final results.
Production begins only after all key elements are confirmed, including pricing, materials, specifications, and receipt of deposit payment.Lead times are estimates and may vary due to:

All pricing is based on specific project requirements and is subject to final confirmation. Standard payment terms typically include a deposit before production and the remaining balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.Additional costs may arise from design changes, material substitutions, or expedited production requests. Payments are generally non-refundable once production has commenced.
Due to the nature of garment manufacturing, minor variations in color, fabric texture, and measurements may occur. These are considered within industry-accepted tolerances and do not qualify as defects.Clients are responsible for approving samples before bulk production. Any claims should be submitted within [7–14] days of receiving goods and must include clear supporting evidence. We will review each case and provide a reasonable resolution where applicable.
